I've seen it plenty and after they play Kelce is pulling his helmet around in demonstration.

I love when an idiot posts a video to show "evidence" of their position and their video clearly shows they are a moron. It was clearly pass interference. Facemask or not, grabbing his shoulder pads was a penalty. You already admitted he grabbed his shoulder pads. Also...anyone who responds by starting with "Negative" is a total douche.
