He HAS to play another year of college. He's a true Sophomore that is the first UW QB to ever start week 1 as a true freshman. If you know UW's QB history at all, that's incredible.

He's OK. I'm not sure I like his arm all that much. The Washington OL is also VERY good. He won't have that kind of protection in the NFL.

He's certainly not an Andrew Luck prospect. I question if he's even as good as Derek Carr coming out.
