This was my granddaughter when she went to work at Burger King today .

Just pulled the car in a little closer. Don't want to leave any doubt.

However, a little boy in a Harry Potter costume said "Happy Halloween" to me today. I wanted to respond "and to you, too, Mr. Potter," but I'm sure I would have come off really creepy.

Mmmmmm, yum....eating some Milk Duds for dinner!

I usually get the really little ones, the toddlers by now but so far no one.

I dress up as something creepy and play chaperone on Halloween. Tonight i'll be Smiley Face killer. We mob hella deep. Brother/Sister in laws bring their kids, friends bring their kids....usually end up with a pack of 15-20 people with kids ranging from 2-15 y/o.

I line all the kids up outside and explain to them that life isn't free, and that there is a fee for my chaperone services at the end of the night. I tax all those little kids.

You know, getting them use to the real world early.

But being the concerned adult that i am, i then taste test the rest of their haul to make sure it wasn't poisoned or filled with razor blades.

I only hand out toothbrushes.

I have a lot of fun with it. Get into character etc. My wife and I make it fun so all the little kids wanna hang with us.

We also have a great neighborhood for Trick or Treating, so the parents like it too.

Well, in that case, I'll make sure to hand out more Milk Duds so the kiddies can have their fillings pulled out. :D

I didn't have a very good signal with my phone but there it is

About 5:30 I stroll out to sit in the driveway and hand out candy.

Gonna have to set the TV up out there for the World Series game.
