Better hope there weren't drugs and/or alcohol involved and that it wasn't Ruggs's fault. If there were and he caused a fatal accident, for any normal person that means ~5 years in prison. Guy I went to school at ASU with hit an old man who stepped into the street and killed him. The guy had alcohol in his system and got sentenced to 7 years. Saddest going away "party" I've ever attended.

10:40 AM PT -- A law enforcement source tells us at least one person involved in the crash has died.
Ruggs' attorney, David Chesnoff, tells TMZ Sports, "On behalf of our client Henry Ruggs III we are conducting our own investigation as of this writing and ask everyone to reserve judgment until all the facts are gathered.

Same could be said for many Chiefs fans. Best to wait until the facts come out before making any judgement. Right now, though, it doesn't look good for the Raiders and Ruggs.
