If you drink alcohol, sodas with fructose and/or take anti inflammatories, stop for a month and then recheck enzymes. The liver has a phenomenal ability of repairing itself rather quickly barring cirrhosis. . Good luck

Or at least consult with CP first .

Elevated liver enzymes is pretty common it depends which ones are elevated and by how much and what could be the potential causes other flags would have popped up in your lab work as well to help point them where to look.

Worn down , sore throat , elevated liver enzymes and swollen left side (spleen) and enlarged nodes could be mono , it also could be few other things and it is understandable to have concerns and quickly jump to a worse case scenario but try and talk it out with your doctor

High.

I gave more blood yesterday, have another appt. It could be a blocked bile duct, diverticulitis, a random infection, etc

In like a week. I already had the appt scheduled, and they had me come in to give more blood so we can have those labs back by then...at first I thought it was odd, and I kind of put it together what they're looking at and worried about, and you know no one is going to say the C word until there's an actual diagnosis, but I know what they're looking at. But I won't worry until I need to...

Too much. Ended a "wet relationship" in October. Quit drinking entirely the day we lost to the Bengals. I was so ****ing angry...

I've changed my eating habits, to the point where I'll tell you what I DO eat :

grass-fed beef
eggs
shrimp
root vegetables (sweet potatoes/potatoes, carrots, beets, etc)
fresh fruit
tomatoes
lamb
jasmine rice (white and brown)
unpasteurized milk
greek yogurt

Went to nourish cafe for lunch - that have this thing that is 2 eggs on top of chili made with grass-fed beef and sweet potatoes, it was amazing.

unless you have been hitting tylonal and chugging nyquil and vodka i doubt it is your liver this stage in the game. You probably just party too hard and your organs are swole up.

Nah, I'm just making the changes now to make hopefully reduce those symptoms, like I said, even a blocked bile duct will cause liver enzymes to go wonky, white blood cells to go up, and make the lymph nodes swell, etc.

So, it could be any number of things...but giving up alcohol and getting proper rest at night has improved everything. I've pretty much given up all drugs, too. In bed by 10, up at 6, and already feeling worlds better.

Most likely. Stress is a factor.

Suppressed anger. I'm pretty pissed. And I need to get over it, because, hey...being pissed isn't going to change anything.
