Yeah, we've struck out trying to move out of state. It seems like the universe is conspiring against us or something. Every time we get close, something comes up that prevents us from doing it. Mostly, it's the housing markets in places we would like to move to are all high demand, short supply so they sell in hours, not days or weeks. We'd basically have to buy sight unseen if we really want to make it happen.

It has been amazing. Maybe 2 really cold steaks that lasted a few days at most?

Bring on Spring!
