Umm. Are you serious? Most of those movies were great from the 90s.

They’re enjoyable, sure, but when you’re ruminating on someone’s career after the fact, those are welterweight titles at best, IMO.

Remaking Blade is a dumb idea even without the feminist bullshit. Those movies were mediocre at best.

It's a much better idea than 90% of the other characters that Marvel has tried to make a thing.

Blade is a great character. Mahershala Ali is a great actor and fit for the role. There's a reason that when it was announced, it was one of the most exciting future projects for fans.

Good idea or not, I don't know why anyone would be excited about a Marvel project at this point. Maybe Deadpool 3 will be good, but that seems unlikely.

Blade 1 and Blade 2 were alot of fun. I liken them to Hellboy (Ron Perlman) 1 and 2, where 1 was good enough and 2 was a great follow-up. Blade 3 was too much and killed the franchise under Snipes.

Yeah, Blade is a fan favorite.

I suppose you may have reservations about Disney taking over a project that would work best Rated R but if they can get Wolverine and Deadpool right, they should be able to do Blade well enough.

Blade is a great street leveler too so you can bring him into stories with Spider-Man, Wolverine, Deadpool, etc.

I like Trinity more than Blade 2. Normak sucked (the actor essentially played the same semi-mopey villain he did in Hellboy II). The Reapers were forgettable. Just didn't do it for me.

I like Trinity more than most.
