He is, and apparently at 2am this morning, was Extremely Toasty. And he'll be considerably poorer in the not too distant future. Unless the Chiefs Big Thinkers can spin this thing somehow. Maybe even make a few more bucks for the F.O. Right now King Carl is at his desk...thinking.... thinking... Wait, I've Got It!! Merchandising...Merchandising!!!

Vermeil's on KCFX right now....just said EW was pulled over for speeding and was discovered to have been drinking...
Sounded like they're gonna let events run their course and Warfield will play next Sunday... |
Who adopted this fool?! TIME FOR YOUR BEATING!

My grandpa let me know that over the next two weeks the KC area is checking everyone they stop for intoxication. Supposedly they are even bringing in state troopers to help crack down.
Just as Warfield starts improving and giving me fewer reasons to cuss his ass he goes and insures that I will continue to have no faith in him. :shake: |
Uh, oh...
DV talking about the J Morton holding call... "We've got umpires who are BLIND, just BLIND...they don't see the defender pulling Morton around the jersey"... That's probably gonna be a fine for the coach.... |

Warfield charged with DUI Cornerback cited in Overland Park The Kansas City Star Chiefs cornerback Eric Warfield was cited for drunken driving early Monday after Overland Park police stopped his vehicle on Interstate 435 near Metcalf Avenue, police said. Warfield, 28, was cited for DUI, failure to maintain a single lane of traffic and failure to provide proof of insurance. He is scheduled to appear Oct. 19 in Overland Park Municipal Court. Overland Park Police Capt. Dave Moore said the police department's report on Monday's incident was incomplete, and he declined to release details about the case. The incident marked the third time that Warfield has been charged with DUI in Johnson County in the last three years. According to the NFL's substance-abuse policy, Warfield, as a repeat offender, is subject to discipline that “is likely to be a suspension” if he is convicted. Last year, Overland Park authorities charged Warfield with DUI and driving more than 15 miles over the speed limit. He was cited for DUI in Lenexa in 2001 after a police officer saw him weaving on Interstate 35. In that case, Warfield also was charged with failure to signal and failure to maintain a single lane. The dispositions of the two earlier cases were not available Monday evening. Chiefs coach Dick Vermeil said Warfield was at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday for meetings as scheduled. Vermeil said he expected Warfield to be at practice Wednesday and to play this Sunday against Houston. “It's disappointing,” Vermeil said. “I'm disappointed for the kid. He probably played his best football game Sunday.” Warfield had two interceptions Sunday, one for a touchdown, in the Chiefs' 28-17 loss to Carolina. He did not return phone calls from The Star on Monday. |
****ing Warfield, I thought he changed and matured. WTF was he thinking, I mean honestly.
