To be clear: The Seahawks have done their part in the Matt Flynn trade. It's up to the Raiders and Flynn to push it over the goal line now |

Seahawks will get a 2013 draft pick and some sort of conditional pick in 2014 as part of the Matt Flynn trade, if it's completed. |
I thought he was going to the Jaguars? I was told by the fat rednecks here that I was wrong when I said he was going to the Raiders.

Atleast Geno most likely won't end up in the division now.

My guess 3rd round plus a 2014 conditional 2-5 round pick depending on starts, performance

Ten bucks says Russell Wilson wins more Super Bowls than Andrew Luck.
Also, wtf? Some guy called Russell Wilson a "system QB" earlier. Good ****ing God that's some special brand of reerun right there. Oh, before you think about commenting, go get raped and die, Dane |
Tyler Palko > Matt Flynn

the AFC West will be an all out cripple fight if this goes down.

From Geno Smith today.
" I hope Kansas City is legitimately interested. I hope I go No. 1, but, hey, we'll see,'' Smith, generally acknowledged as the top quarterback prospect, told USA TODAY Sports Friday by phone from his Miami-area home. "The Chiefs are bringing me in, so I'm going in there thinking that they're interested (in me), because I am in them. |

Geno loves the game not money. Plus with the new CBA no he will not be getting paid as much. But yes Geno said so himself he would like to be a Chief.
With Flynn going to the Raiders and the Jaguars sticking with Gabbert. Its Geno time in KC. |

Maybe he will throw for 6 TD's and 480 yards every game |

He averaged around 200 iirc. Posted via Mobile Device |

if Oakland decides Flynn isn't the guy they want moving forward, he's only owed $11.5 million over the next two seasons before becoming a free agent.

J would rather them get an unknown QB on a rebuilding team than an All Pro Elite QB like Alex Smiff LMAO
|
Sounds like something the Chiefs would do. Say no to retreads.

Not a bad move by the flapjacks.

Doug Baldwin just said that Flynn is going to Oakland.
Deal is done.. |

And he was great against the falcons. Made some great plays. But it would be a little silly to not at least mention that it was against the worst pass d in the NFL. I'm just saying it may be a little early to crown kapernick or Wilson Posted via Mobile Device |
Flynn threw for 6 TDs against the LIONS. Their pass D was horrific. Take him. Atleast Smith can win a playoff game.

Combined rushing and passing, Kaepernick averaged more than a hundred yards more PER GAME than Alex Smith in the regular season.

Could you imagine Newton with Belichick? Or Coughlin? Or even Reid? It sucks that he's been stuck with Carolina and Rivera. And now, Mike Shula, the same guy that could never generate any offense in Tampa Bay under Dungy, regardless of the QB. |

Newton is not that good man... He is good but not in the class you are putting him in...
Oh and he is not as good as Smiff LMAO |

Especially when you consider their ages. Are you telling us that Newton wouldn't have 4,000 yard plus seasons in Denver, New England or New Orleans? Are you familiar with the WR's in Carolina? If Newton were in Denver with Thomas, Welker and Decker, he'd be closer to 4,500 yards per season, if not 5,000. He doesn't have dick in Carolina and has averaged 4,000 his first two seasons. |
1st next year and Seattle gets the number one overall pick

I'm still confused? PGM promised me the Jaguars were getting Flynn. Was he lying to me or is he just a dumb fat **** redneck?

Kap is not as good as he looks.... A great team will make a player look much better than he is... Except for Smiff, he has natural talent

Kaepernick had 1814 yards in 7 starts...260/y/g Alex had 1737 in 9 starts...193y/g That's before we add in the rushing difference. That's also the difference between a franchise qb and a game manager. |

Kaepernick is CLEARLY the better QB. Who argued otherwise? |
Quote:
Do we really know much about Kaepernak? Is it possible his success was due to the fact no one had film on him? Did it almost seem like teams were figuring him out -- especially in the Super Bowl? |
Quote:
They just gave up draft picks for another QB, even though they just gave up picks for Palmer and are without a high second this year. They have a below average offensive line, no WR's, no RB's worth a crap and no TE. I'd be shocked if Dennis Allen is their coach in 2014 because despite the fact he looked overmatched last year, I don't know if they can sell another 1-4 win season to their fans. |

When a guy can run for a 50 yard TD as easily as throwing for one, he's going to be difficult to stop. |
