Tyler Bray is fools gold. He looks the part and has the tools but, he still managed to never do jack shit. The guy has had one of the best LTs in the country and three WRs that will probably go in the first two rounds. Despite this, he only one two SEC games in his career. One against Vanderbilt and one against Kentucky. He is immature and doesn't want to put in the time. I really hope we pass.

His coach had to constantly push him to be a leader and he didn't help them win any games. The guy is a loser imo. Winning is important. Tennesee lost a ton of games they should have won with him under center. You want someone who is going to take your money and ride the pine milking it for all it's worth, then he's your guy. He's got no heart imo. |
When are you going to start the ****DRAFT DAYNE CRIST**** thread, Tomahawk?

I 100% endorse the Chiefs drafting Tyler Bray with the #1 draft pick in the 2013 NFL Draft.

So he was falling back to Bray at #34. Either way, you'll get Geno. ;) |

Bray measured in at 6'6 232. Gained 23 pounds since the college season has been over.

Via @tjcarpenterwhb Chiefs have meetings set w/Tyler Bray and EJ Manuel. No definitive word on plans w/Smith, Barkely, Nassib Glennon etc. I'd take him in the 2nd and be happy. :-) |

He is #3 on my list...the other 2 will likely go in the 1st rnd.

I really have a strange feeling they settle on Bray at the top of the 2nd.
No real info, just a weird hunch. |
I'm going to laugh for a week at any team that takes this kid any sooner than the 4th round.

For a 2nd? No ****ing way. WAY too many issues. Besides, once he finishes the testing/interviews this weekend, he's gonna drop. |

Bray is a ****ing idiot. |

I've read two different articles now that say his is the best pure arm this year, able to make throws neither Geno, nor anyone else, can. A good coach can fix many things, but he cant add raw talent. |

Odds aren't exactly in his favor. Not saying it can't be done, but. |
Favre may be a dumb hick, but Bray makes him look like Nikola Tesla.

He bulked up huh? This is a good thing but not for the Jags. Teams will want to actually see him. Hopefully he's average. |
Couldn't be a bigger contrast between Bray's presser and Barkley's.

Jason La Canfora @JasonLaCanfora
Tenn QB Tyler Bray drawing a buzz among scouts with big arm and release. I expect him to rise in the coming weeks: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/ja...ve-draft-stock … 2013 NFL Combine: Tennessee QB Bray's arm, release may up stock INDIANAPOLIS -- Tennessee quarterback Tyler Bray could be a fast riser coming out of a thin class at the NFL Scouting Combine. Bray could end up being picked higher than many expect after generating buzz with scouts and GMs, who love his size (6-foot-6) and believe he has by far the best arm and release in this draft. Bray may not be as mobile as some, but there is certainly a market for big drop-back passers -- Tom Brady hasn't had a bad career and a quarterback with a similar stature to Bray (Joe Flacco) just won the MVP of the Super Bowl. Bray has had character issues in the past -- and his maturity is a question -- but there is a lot to like as well. Teams will get to know him better as he makes visits, and Bray, who left school after his junior year, could end up being a fit for several teams (he has some attributes that quarterback-needy Cleveland would like, for instance). The more comfortable teams become with him the more likely he gets pushed up the board. He made a good first impression Sunday in the shorts and shirt, and while he must continue honing his accuracy, his arm stood out at the combine. |
i thought bray actually looked very good, good footwork nice throw and touch, he missed a couple but they weren't far off
|
I like Bray and have him rated higher than Barkley.

Oh **** me. Now some people coming out of the woodwork. Jags don't **** this up for me....

- Unlike many pro-day workouts which are scripted then run by personal coaches, teams on hand were impressed when Tyler Bray ran his own workout and basically took requests on the types of throws scouts/coaches wanted to see him make. |

Bray in the second. Man that was brilliant. LMAO. Almost as good as Powe in the second. Glad our front office knows where to grab these players. What player(s) are the CP Geniouses gonna over hype this year?
