Perspective jurors have been given notice.
In a suprising twist, the defense tried to change the jury to length of service from post based prerequistes. Judge Rainman saw through their plan to potentialy try to courpt the jury pool and denied the defenses objection.

What's it about? Mine was supposed to be a profile and we had to interview someone and write about them. I did a real person but I didn't interview them and made it all up. That's not illegal is it?

In another startiling twist, Bob Dole has issued a statement in which he thinks that the jury pool is unjustly filled with to many women. While this reporter disagrees with him and thinks that the jury pool needs more pussy in it.

In the wee hours of the night, someone who only would like to be known as Bowser, has entered the courtroom without a reason at all. It appears that the man known as Bowser has taken an apparent interest in this case and is looking for someone to give him some inside info on the case.

I feel that this trial will bring a great change to this board. Unlike the greatest poster debacle from earlier this year. This trial has potential to create a good stepstone for what we have to do with "unfavorable" posters. The mods of this board have numerous times said that if you don't break a board rule that you won't get banned. If this trial is sucessfull, it will set precadent that this community will do what it needs to to get rid of those people that are unwanted, without managements approval.

I would think so, but I wasn't sure how lighthearted this trial was. I thought maybe he'd have to have some sig where an Trojan or ex-Trojan player was caught in some compromising position. Or aybe some kind of anti-chiefs sig or avy.

After looking through the thread fully now, this jury needs changed.

I am not sure how 50 jurors are needed. This leads me to believe that the jury has not been finally selectesd. This whole thing a sort of confusing

I'd like to make an opening statement your honor. I believe all crimes deserve the death penalty, no matter how small. I also can't stand whites, blacks, asians, hispanics, arabs, or donkey fans. I believe I would make an excellent juror with these notions.

In response to questions by the jurors, let it be known that the following process will take place to select the final 12 jurors.

1. The defense team will be selected.

2. The defense, prosecution, and court will each prepare five questions (for a total of 15 questions) to be given to the jurors.

3. Any jurors who do not respond to the questions will be eliminated from the jury pool.

4. Of the remaining jurors, the defense and prosecution will each eliminate one potential juror at a time until 12 jurors remain. Those 12 will constitute the jury.

5. Any potential jurors who are eliminated will serve as alternate jurors (in reverse order of elimination), and are encouraged to continue following the trial.
