That should stand...Callahan's poor judgement may not cost NU.

Ultra Peanut 09-08-2007 01:27 PM

GREAT CALL BILL

What the **** is wrong with these teams?

Basileus777 09-08-2007 01:27 PM

This is one hell of a beatdown OU is laying on Miami.

Tactical Funky 09-08-2007 01:27 PM

Overrated? Oh yes.

Wake gave this game away and outplayed NU in nearly every aspect.

Mecca 09-08-2007 01:27 PM

Nebraska needs to win for the sake of USC beating them.

Miami sucks this year, but at least they seem to have cleaned house of the criminal element...

Why, does USC plan on losing a game this year? Otherwise, your SOS wont matter.

Tactical Funky 09-08-2007 01:29 PM

Umm, that was Pass Interference...

beer bacon 09-08-2007 01:29 PM

I don't see much contact.

DaKCMan AP 09-08-2007 01:29 PM

Wake's coach should run out to mid-field, pull down his pants and take a dump right there.

Hopefully not but every little bit helps, and it looks better.

beer bacon 09-08-2007 01:31 PM

The WNBA FInals are about to start. This is what I am really here for.

Tactical Funky 09-08-2007 01:31 PM

Regardless, Nebraska appears to suck and KU should beat them this year...which makes me happy. :)

Molitoth 09-08-2007 01:32 PM

So basically WF gets the call on the interception reverse... (there was no conclusive evidence that ball hit the ground).

Then they want a cheap ass pass interference call?

These announcers blow ass too, I agree NU deserved to lose that game because of Crapahans crappy calls... but these announcers were blatently obvious when it comes to who they wanted to win.

Mecca 09-08-2007 01:32 PM

Well I hope Nebraska plays like this against SC that will be exciting.

HolmeZz 09-08-2007 01:32 PM

That was pass interference, but the INT call prior shouldn't have been overturned.

The gap in your logic is that KU is not a very good football team.

Thats not gonna happen. :)

Tactical Funky 09-08-2007 01:33 PM

I normally don't root against Big XII teams, but I want USC to roll them next week; Wake threw this game away but also got screwed...

Gotta right the universe by laying an epic beat-down upon the Bugeaters.

Only SEC homers could argue against USC's SOS regardless of Nebraska's ranking. The Pac-10 is pretty strong this year. Well unless Cal manages to lose against Colorado State.

I'm not sure how good they are this year, but I think they have a good shot at NU, especially considering we nearly beat them last year up in Lincoln.

Hey mods can I have my sig back?

DaKCMan AP 09-08-2007 01:36 PM

It would be nice to see next weeks Michigan-Notre Dame game a matchup of the winless.

Ultra Peanut 09-08-2007 01:37 PM

This will never be a good season for them. LMAO

Basileus777 09-08-2007 01:38 PM

Chad henne sounds like he was about to cry when they asked him about last week.

I know and I'm sure it will happen, "The SEC rules" people always come out, my favorite is how they talk about the great defenses, I think it's more bad offense.

There's nothing in the SEC that resembles the offenses that USC and Cal can throw out there.

HolmeZz 09-08-2007 01:42 PM

Henne's so terrible.

tk13 09-08-2007 01:43 PM

Henneception.

Ultra Peanut 09-08-2007 01:43 PM

That's more like the Michigan we know and love!

Chad Henne is my favorite football player.

DaKCMan AP 09-08-2007 01:43 PM

Henne-ception

Mecca 09-08-2007 01:43 PM

That pass was brutal.

beer bacon 09-08-2007 01:43 PM

Henne threw an INT, and it was returned for 45 yards. There are some proud institutions that look like shit this year.

the Talking Can 09-08-2007 01:43 PM

wow

watching UM melt down again is going to be epic...

Basileus777 09-08-2007 01:44 PM

Does Henne remind anyone else of Grossman?

The SEC is the best conference. If USC is undefeated, they definately should go to the BCS Champ game. However, if they lose, I would send a 1-loss SEC team (who won the SEC Champ. game) over any other 1-loss team in the country. Period.

the Talking Can 09-08-2007 01:45 PM

Oregon is slicing through the UM defense...their DC is going to get fired soon...

tk13 09-08-2007 01:45 PM

Michigan made a huge mistake scheduling two teams with QB's who can fly.

HolmeZz 09-08-2007 01:45 PM

Stewart's a monster.

the Talking Can 09-08-2007 01:45 PM

what a run!

HolmeZz 09-08-2007 01:49 PM

That's what they get for running a QB sneak on first down with Stewart in the backfield.

Mecca 09-08-2007 01:49 PM

It's not exactly USC's fault their conference doesn't have 12 teams or a championship game. Should we add San Diego state and some other garbage team just so we can have one?

Coach 09-08-2007 01:50 PM

Heh, Michigan is f**ked.

Mecca 09-08-2007 01:50 PM

Well Michigans defense came up there.

Ultra Peanut 09-08-2007 01:50 PM

Well, shit.

HolmeZz 09-08-2007 01:50 PM

reeruned playcalling.

Coach 09-08-2007 01:51 PM

Damn, Oregon have to settle for a FG.

the Talking Can 09-08-2007 01:51 PM

Oregon screwed that up...but UM defense seems pretty helpless...i think this is going to be a wide open exciting game

Whatever the reasons, while a Big-10, Pac-10, Big East team sit at home, an SEC team's SOS will go up, and rightly so, while playing a, usually, top-10, top-15 team in the champ. game.

Mecca 09-08-2007 01:51 PM

Who on the board is a Michigan fan, I'm curious what they think of all this.

Tactical Funky 09-08-2007 01:52 PM

My roommate is a HUGE Michigan fan (funny, he's a KU alum...fairweather bastard), so I really, really, REALLY would like Michigan to lose today so he'll shut the hell up.

Oh, wait - he already shut the hell up after last week's most embarassing loss ever. LMAO

Those conferences don't have 12 teams so they can't have one...

DaKCMan AP 09-08-2007 01:56 PM

Ok, off to the bar. Enjoy the afternoon/evening games!

Ultra Peanut 09-08-2007 01:57 PM

Now is Henne's time to shine.

Ultra Peanut 09-08-2007 02:00 PM

Deranged fat guy on the loose!

the Talking Can 09-08-2007 02:02 PM

great catch

7-3

Ultra Peanut 09-08-2007 02:02 PM

They all look alike.

*Michigan receivers.

This could be an interesting game...
