K-State just can't run.
|
63-3 Gators
|
I get Prince's strategy now, he wanted to wear out OU's Offense in the first half.

The sooner K-State get rid of this clown, the better. |
TD KSU with a rush.

Freeman still talking about staying.

If OU has to keep scoring, they will...

That one was a little obvious.

OU's going to convert this

That's going to leave a mark.

Another good decision by Freeman.

Time to switch it over to ABC. Go Pokes!

Gators thrash Kentucky 63-5

7-0 UGA over LSU

FG OU
58-35 |
7-7 LSU and UGA
|
Another great throw while running by Freeman.
|
Wow, that throw flatfooted in the corner over an OU DB was amazing.
|
Wow...WR can't keep control of the ball.
|
touchdown UGA 14-7 over LSU
|
Stafford looks brilliant. He's making necessary NFL throws look easy. Needs to work on his deep touch and accuracy, but that'll come. Gunslingers often overthrow guys a lot at an early age.
|
I'm thinking if Bo Pelini ever wants to go back to LSU....
21-7 Georgia |
I've been really impressed with both QB's in the KSU-OU. Freeman made some of the best throws I've ever seen. He also made a couple mistakes. The first was trying to throw when he should have just taken the sack. His arm was hit and the ball fluttered right into the DB. The 2nd INT was all his fault when the OU player jumped in front if the quick slant. The 3rd INT wasn't his fault. He was very accurate and showed ability to stand in the pocket and evade/break tackles when the pocket collapsed. He needs to hold on the ball better...
Bradford, was very accurate...more than I thought he was. He has great talent around him and when his WR's hold onto the ball, he's even better. I'd be happy with both QB's in a Chiefs uniform. |
UGA looking good so far

stafford sucks
we should draft a LB with out #1 pick...[/true fans] stafford reads the blitz, changes the play, isolates his WR on a safety and throws a TD in the red zone....21-7 Georgia |
Stafford looks like a #1 QB today. I'm getting a hard-on for him
|
Herm was also watching the game touching himself when he heard the kicker just set a record.

Got it back just in time to see the replay. It was a thing of beauty to watch. |

3 ints a game? I guess his 5 int's in the season spread out over 8 games equates to 3 ints a game now in your world? Only 1 of those INT's was a bad throw. The first, his arm was hit during the throw and the 3rd, the ball popped up after it hit the receiver in his lead shoulder. His ratio is still 3-1, which is better than most QB's. He plays on a poorly coached team with bad talent and NO running game, which makes that stat even better. He does more with less and if he played for a team like OU, he would be doing the same thing Bradford is doing or even better. |
Herman Johnson sure has opened up some big holes tonight aswell.

The pass that Stafford just completed is on that most QBs can't even throw.

did you just see that throw Stafford made, on the run, with a player hanging on him??
wow that's why, in spite of his rough edges, the guy is made for the nfl.....i want him |

I think the fact that Stafford looks like a douchebag increases his chance of NFL success.
Manning, Rivers, Cutler, E. Manning...all douchebag-looking mother****ers. |
Stafford or Bradford... we need one of these guys.

Stafford can operate under center, and he picks out blitzes and changes plays like a pro.. and his arm when he is on the run is freaky i'm going to be a total a-hole when the draft rolls around and the true fans pop up with their "let's wait on a qb and draft a lb" schtick.... |
OSU keeps it within one score!

I could complete half the passes that Bradford throws. They are jailbreak screens, bubble screens, and 2 yard digs. He never has to force the balls into tight spots that Stafford does, and he has so much talent around him, including three legit NFL prospects on the line, that it's just sick. Bradford is much more Ken Dorsey than he is Jay Cutler. |
In case anyone cares Nebraska beats Baylor 32-20. :thumb:

There are four throws that every NFL QB has to make: the 12-15 yard out the 15-18 yard square in the deep post the streak I've yet to see Bradford show an ability to make those throws, nor have I seen him make anything approaching those throws with his receivers wearing defenders like they will in the NFL. He's Tyler Hansbrough, Stafford is Dwight Howard. |

Georgia could still wind up in the National Title game. If they get past Florida in the Cocktail Party, they will have a chance to avenge their lost against Alabama in the SEC Title Game.

It's ok...gotta win by 3
