It was a busted play. Floyd was running a crossing pattern across the back of the end zone. Flowers was with him step for step. It was great coverage all around. Rivers threw the ball behind Floyd, hoping that he could get back to it. He and flowers both slipped in the mess. And, Rivers had Dorsey breathing down his neck.

Floyd wasn't wide open. If you don't watch him the entire route and you just see him when the ball is in the air, then you might get that impression. But, he and Flowers both slipped. And, Rivers also had to get the ball over the linebackers and a crossing safety. Chiefs defense played that well.

From the side of the field it looked that way, but the replay from behind Rivers showed multiple defenders in between causing Rivers to throw wide.

So if the Vegas Line was -2, does that mean if you bet either team you lose? I can never figure out the Vegas line, and that is why I don't bet it.

If the line is the Browns minus two, that means, that if you bet on the Browns they have to win by more than two points.

If you bet on the Chiefs, the Chiefs would have to lose by less than two points. Betting the Chiefs would have won the game today.

Now, had the scores been reversed, it would have been a 'push', which is neither a win or loss.

If you bet on a team -2 you have to subtract 2 points from their final score.

If you bet on a team +2 you get to add 2 points to their final score.

I'm starting to really like our chances against SF. They have a short week, and the noon start is like 10:00 AM for them. Arrowhead is going to be rocking again just like it was back in the day, and SF is one of the only teams in the league with a QB as bad as ours.

3-0 is a very real possibility.

I sure hope so, because our two games after the bye are brutal.
