Part of me really thinks that Pioli would hire McDaniels here.
Now that King squashed Ferentz rumor (PK is close with Ferentz as well), I think McDaniels is going to be top candidate. Chiefs thought they had him locked up last year as OC when BB grabbed him for the playoffs. |

And why does Pawn Stars need casting? I smell a huge conspiracy brewing here. She might be onto something...

What I posted earlier. There's a ton of rumors out there. However, I trust this info. It could blow up, could turn out he's fired because of a change of heart. However, Clark is the nerdy ****ing band geek and he views Pioli as the prom queen with double d's. |

If McDaniels is hired, then I'm afraid Cassel stays. I want no part of him for that reason. I would HATE to see a continuation of the Matt Cassel project again. It would be like experiencing insanity part 2. |

McDaniels with Smith? Posted via Mobile Device |
You're ****ing reeruned if you think Cassel has ANY chance of starting next season...

If he's Scott's best buddy and won't fire him because of it it would imply he's running it more like a family business. |
Somebody give us all a brief breakdown of McDaniel's failure in Denver.

This is why Denny Thum was wacked too. If the Chiefs start losing money in their football and business operations, that's when heads will roll. An empty stadium is embarrassing, but if Clark sells half the seats in that stadium for 10 games, he's still making money on that end. |
If only the guy would realize by making winning the only objective he'd make a shit ton more money.
Oh well, time to find a new team |
Ironic that we have the #1 overall pick and be in a great position to get a franchise QB, and no one will care, at least not in the immediate future.
April should be a very exciting time, but it will be a morgue instead. |

If Clark really is THIS naive, then the hell with this team, at least while Scott Pioli and every other Cleveland era Belichick castoff we can scoop up is still here. |

Part of the problem is that if too many GMs are fired, Clark may think he is not likely to get a good one, and decide to keep the devil he knows. There aren't 5 good GM candidates out there and there could be 5 vacancies.

Please fire Pioli and hire a GM ive never heard of

Only one vacancy has the No. 1 pick.

The Chiefs have the #1 overall pick, decent salary cap room, 5 Pro Bowl players on the roster, and a passionate fanbase (in waiting). All of those things should be attractive to a potential GM hire. |

Either Pioli is out or we're stuck with him for 3-4 more years.
