@kcchiefs: Coach Reid discusses #Chiefs offseason progress at 2013 #NFLCombine http://t.co/6x7D2WKBmQ

ShowtimeSBMVP 02-21-2013 05:04 PM

On the team's approach to Branden Albert:

"We haven't gone through all that. I had him in because he had a fairly significant injury, so we've kind of got to work through that. I've got to see how all that works out."

Whatever. Do as much coachspeak as you need to, Reid.

Just be ****ing prepared to draft a QB at #1 come the draft.

Because like it or not, he's a potential first pick. I'm betting they put Geno's up too when he does his.

Did Indy put Luck's presser on their website last year I wonder?

Just seems like bad form to do that for any player that isn't actually a member of the team.

Unless it's something they have to do for the NFL, since they're part of the network.

htismaqe 02-21-2013 05:14 PM

Nevermind. Next time be more specific. ROFL

It isn't his press conference. It's a video snippet of him talking about the possibility of being drafted by the Chiefs.

Yeah I wanted to reach through the TV and choke that MF'er when he said that. His stupid ass is still taking up for Casshole even after he was fired. I bet his and Matts butsects is the bestest ever.

Wish Reid would have thanked him for securing the #1 pick for him. LMAO

This is what pisses me off. Pioli drafted Donald Stephenson instead of Russell Wilson, and you KNOW it's because he intended to let Albert walk.

And yet, he is still advocating taking a left tackle over a QB. Mother****er did that already!

If we are replacing Albert, it should be with another free agent tackle like Jake Long or even Andre Smith. Not another ****ing draft pick. God, I feel like I'm on crazy pills.

Reid looked a bit irritated when Shitstain Pioli told him not to lock into a qb. Pioli knows if the Chiefs get a qb' thats worth a ****, it can turn this franchise around overnight and would mak him look even more ****ing stupid that he was running the show in KC and never once tried to really upgrade the qb spot.

DeCastro is who I wanted last year, and it would have been a great pick for multiple reasons.

A. He is and will be a better football player than Dontari Poe IMO

B. Our OL would be in great condition with him to help a rookie QB. Albert/DeCastro/Hudson/Asamoah/Winston is a very good looking OL.

and most importantly...

C. We wouldn't be hearing these assholes talking about us taking a Guard 1st overall this year.

We should have drafted Melvin Ingram.

Then all you would have heard about was some backup ILB killing his girlfriend and himself.

His presnap importance was higher than QB, and you can't find people with his elite communication skills either...

As for C, this is the Chiefs fanbase, there would still be calls for a G at #1 overall. Think of how dominant our interior line would be!!1!

Pioli doesn't need the chiefs to do well to look stupid.

Especially after his comments bout russel Wilson and saying he knew he was special .

As I said on another thread why the hell would you not draft him then???

ROFL **** no. The guy had 4 straight games with less than 50% completion. As a matter of fact, he had less than 50% completion 8 games last year.

Cassel has 8 in his entire career.
