All Madden?

One thing I've noticed is the free agent signings. The cap space you have available seems much more realistic (10m heading into FA instead of 30m like 2015). This makes it so much more realistic when you are trying to build a dying franchise. And, not every player signs simply because you have the highest bid. The point system on your contract offers is a nice addition. You really have to build a team through the draft.

The play is great as well. RB controls are better, more realistic movement, different blocking schemes. It's been a fun game. I enjoyed last year, and I feel this year is a great improvement.

I might try starting a franchise today. Up to this point I've only been in the play now mode.

Is it really THAT improved over the last four? The graphics don't really look any better. The playbook looks almost exactly the same as always.

The graphics are about 15% better (mostly in lighting and color, facial detail, more player specific equipment) but the animations are greatly improved and it makes a huge difference.

There was never any issue with the playbooks so I don't see why that matters. You can do formation subs with the pre-constructed playbooks, however, which is a nice feature they've finally added back in.

How much should play books change anyway?

I understand some concerns but I swear some people want jet packs and ray guns.

They actually removed some money plays, which is a good thing IMO.

I dunno, I do like the fact that they allow you to **** with pre-constructed playbooks again. That might be nice.

I would like to see some different options on plays though. They've been the same for so long. I would like to see some changes there I guess.

I've been anti-madden for a while now. I remember when I first got my PS4 and Madden 14 came with. I was blown away at first but then saw thru the bull shit. Players glitching out like a bitch. LB's jumping 6 feet in the air for an int, easy tackles being missed but impossible ones being made. Shit like that.

You can literally choose a play, go to the line, and change every damn route that's being run on the field.

Speaking of OPTIONS, almost every conceivable run option is in the game. You want flea flickers, halfback passes, quarterback sneaks, end arounds, reverses? All that shit is in there.

you can mix and match the uniforms if you want....like if you wanted the Broncos to have their classic helmet with blue pants and an orange jersey you can puke all over yourself

also you can FULLY edit any player at any time, even during a franchise. height, weight, appearance, ratings, name, college, anything.

Yeah, they've done that with the Unis for years. Remember when you could fully edit the colors? I was always dicking around with that. I made the raiders all pink and purple, Broncos were this god awful baby shit green.

My god, I'm 5-6 in my Chiefs franchise. I've never been so frustrated with a video game and enjoying it at the same time.

The challenge on All Madden is un-****ing-real.

I have a -19 turnover differential. The run blocking slider is on 100 but last week Jamaal Charles started with like 7 carries for -2 yards before finishing with a decent 17 for 63.

I could destroy teams at will last year. No more.

I need to start collecting highlights from my ranked games and upload them. Had an epic comeback last night vs some kid using the Seahawks. He went up 14-0 within the first 3 minutes of the game. Hill fumbled the opening kick-off then when I got the ball back, Wilson had a slant hit off his hands and get picked by Sherman.

I started pounding Jamaal and Ware, and made it 14-14 with about a minute and a half to go in the first half. He got cocky after a Hali sack and on 3rd and 20 elected to pass instead of making me blow my last timeout. He rolled right and Houston chased him down, hitting him as he was throwing and Hali runs over, hurdles both of them lying on the ground, and takes it to the house making it 21-14. I was so pumped yelling in my mancave my wife comes downstairs thinking I'm having a heart attack LOL. I kept pounding in the second half, and beat him 28-14. He was not happy.

This game is pretty bad ROFL How the **** can it be 2016 and I still can't play a legit SIM football game??? It will take hours of slider tinkering to even make playable.

Check out operations sports if you need preset sliders. The ones set for online ranked seem pretty good so far.

It's pretty sim dude. It's not like every game is 42-41 with 800 yards passing.

The CPU runs the ball plenty, makes you pay for doing dumb things, etc.

I just copied over my sliders from last year and started making adjustments. Took a season or so but I'm pretty happy with how it plays.
