Luckily, my back didn't turn out to be a big deal. Back to 365 on my heaviest set for deads.
Also, whoever suggested doing deads/squats at the front end of my workout: this was brilliant. For some reason, it makes it so much easier to do. I do both of those while I'm fresh, and I've found it much easier to get "up" for these lifts now. |

Well, I have some $310 custom orthotics in my shoes right now. I know it kinda shits in the face of everything I've been learning about barefoot running, but this has been miserable. Let's hope I can get back to doing things soon.
