Wouldn't have been surprised at all to pull him after the 3rd goal, and then you have to pull him after the 4th goal.

Yeah, pretty much what I was thinking. When they were down 4-1, I'm saying out loud, "they need to switch goalies," and couldn't understand why they didn't, considering the circumstances. And Vanecek is just ass right now.

Now they're in a 4 goal hole, and a loss means they're down 3-1 in the series. not good management.
