I'm +15 on the year, +35 of my goal.

I'm at 215, and need to get down to 180. I have dicked around and my life has become entirely sedentary, which is unacceptable at the age of 27.

I reached out to the boss and got my schedule changed from 8-5, to 10-7. I plan on waking up at 8, actually eating a breakfast, going to the gym down the road, showering, and going to work.

Also, I hate my ****ing job and don't want it to be the first thing I do when I wake up anymore. Got some feelers out for a new gig, hoping one comes through soon.

I might just have to give that shot. Good suggestion.

This last weekend I had Tank 7, Wheat and bunch of chocolate stouts. I gained when I gained 2lbs after re-hydrating.

Started exercising and eating less about 6 weeks ago. Currently down 10 pounds from 271 to 261. Before me and the girlfriend got together I was at 205 and the best shape of my life. Trying to get back to that point, but its hard. Last few days I've really been slacking.

Is it unhealthy to lose too much weight too fast? I started counting calories again this week starting on Monday. Weighed in Monday morning at 274. I weighed in this morning at 265. So I have lost 9 pounds in 4 days. The only thing I'm doing is watching calorie intake. I've been eating around 1650 calories per day.

The more you weigh, the faster pounds come off. Losing that much is to be expected when you first start eating right and exercising when you weigh that much. The less you weigh, the harder it is to lose more than 2-3 pounds a week while maintaining good calorie intake.

Likely water weight this early.

How much do you weigh now? BF estimate?

Buck 08-09-2013 02:54 PM

190 ~17%

Buck 08-09-2013 02:56 PM

Bf might be lower though. I feel like I look better even though I weigh more than my lowest.

So I'm looking for a good routine to start....but I'm trying to find something that is going to work with the equipment I have.

A weight bench similar to this one (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Weider-Pro...Bench/17804185)
Free Weights - around 300+ lbs of plates
Curl bar and dumbbell handles
Treadmill
Bike

Any good websites for putting together a weight lifting routine for what I have? I don't have a membership to a gym.....so I'm trying to figure out something to do with what I have.

Pain in the ass....I know.

You can go to bodybuilding.com and check out some exercises. They can be separated by push and pull and you generally want to follow a push-pull routine, meaning that 1 day your workout should consist of push and the following day should be pull, rinse repeat with abs thrown in every now and then.

Deadlifts are a pretty good all around exercise.
