I inhale shisha and beedi's but not cigars. I can't inhale much I still compete in jiu-jitsu tournaments and that would make me wind. |

16 days and not one smoke for me. The problems with this ice storm have really tugged on my cravings for a cig but my will power has won in the end. I'm feeling so much better. Smells, tastes and breathing are so improved over these days. Not many of you may care about my progress but I'm really proud of myself. Here's to many more smoke free days :toast:

I'm always nagging on one of my good friends to give up the smokes. |
Chantix has really worked for me.

I am a Former Smoker as well =)
About the time I first saw this post back in August I started my master plan.
I decided that I was going to quit smoking on my birthday (10/14) So starting in August, everytime I lit up that Camel Wide I told myself that I was going to quit on my B-day Fast forward to 10/14 had a great night, went to see George Carlin, got rip roarin drunk and prolly smoked a whole pack in just a couple hours. Woke up the next moring feelin great reached over to the night stand to grab my pack like every other morning for what seems like forever, but this time I thought to myself, hmmmm I don't smoke anymore, and I hav'nt had a smoke since. The wierd thing is that I hav''nt had any cravings, did'nt turn into an asshole and I know I'm never going to F**K up and get addicted to the shiat again. Now all I have to do is drop the 20 pounds I've packed on since lol. a~ |
wish me luck, tomorrow is my quit day
