It was 1st and 10 on the 13 with like 5 mins to go in the game. He wasn't forcing shit to try and score. He just made a stupid decision.

Gailey was leftover from Herm and didn't fit Haley's offensive philosophy. Weis left to take a job to be near his son. Muir was already there and knew the offense. Simple. None of that suggests Haley is hard to work for.

I haven't seen enough to comment upon Morris' coaching ability. Sorry. It would be disingenuous for me to say otherwise.
