Hey ****ers, this will be my first positive post in here in a long time. After a very long 2-3 months, I am actually making progress with my back. It'll be a while before I add deadlift back to my workout, but I'm going to try to play racquetball and do some bodyweight leg stuff.

I feel I'm making some strides on the madcow 5x5. The last 4 sets on bench on my 5x5 day went 225x4, 225x5, 230x4, 230x5. Squats are getting better also.

been using a pvc pipe lately to stretch out with before/after workouts. I'm going to start using it first thing in the morning, and throughout the day. Holy crap does it hurt in some areas. Anyone else use one and have any advice?

I foam roll. No pipe for me.

I hear your suppose to start with the foam but I got a piece of pipe from work for free.
