Not sure if he signed his tender or not but the UFA's that signed from other teams or re upped with KC and RFA's that signed their tenders and even Hali for that matter if he did sign his tender(no idea on if he did yet, doubt it) can't practice or even condition or lift with the team until 8-4. They can only watch practice or lift/workout on their own. Not sure about meetings.

That's what i would assume he is talking about if he's not refering to a long term contract getting done. Pretty hard to assume what one is thinking though.
