If they're up 14-2 tomorrow, they should throw him in right for an inning.

You have some weird inclination to see Madson or Duffy take an AB?

Pretty stupid ****ing assumption.

I was trying to be nice, you dickhead. I couldn't imagine how anyone who would post a question in the Royals Repository could be so ignorant that they wouldn't know that Greg Holland had Tommy John surgery.

I didn't want to insult you. I assumed you weren't an ignorant fool. That was the stupid ****ing assumption I made.

So now you can just go **** yourself.

This.

Assuming we advance, the Mets. Fastball pitchers.

ReynardMuldrake 10-20-2015 09:41 PM

If we have a big lead, I want to see Butera come out as the 9th inning closer tomorrow just to **** with the Jays.

Let me tell you something you little ****ing piece of shit.

I live in California.
I work a lot of hours.
I have one sports talk radio station available to me at work, and they never talk about the Royals.

The comeback game against the Astros, I heard talk about the Cubs-Cardinals, the Mets-Dodgers, the Rangers-Blue Jays the following day.

Not one single mention of the Astros-Royals in my 14 hour day.

I didn't hear who won that game until I got home from work that evening.

And I guaran****ingtee you, the fact that Holland is out with TJ never came to close to getting on their radar.

This is the place I get Royals news, and I haven't had time to wade through through this thread to have found out this info.

I asked a a question and got a stupid ****ing answer.

I responded to that stupidity, and if you have a prroblem with that, then you can go **** yourself with a barbed wire laced with the ebola virus.

Actually, you asked a pretty ignorant question. It was ignorant because Holland's TJ surgery has been discussed ad nauseum in this very thread. You could have read some of the thread and found the answer yourself, or you could have spent 5 seconds using Google to find the answer yourself. Instead, you posted a question that everybody knows the answer to. Well, apparently everyone but you.

I was amazed that anybody would post such a stupid ****ing question in the Royals Repository, but I deliberately took the high road and gave you a very polite response. I even gave you a way to save face by saying I assumed you already knew it. You decided to take offense to that and go into full reerun attack mode.

I've seen you on this forum for years. When did you become such an asshole?

Speaking of Infante & Holland and the other injured guys, are they with the team? I feel like I saw Vargas at some point during the last series but don't recall seeing any of them in the dugout in this one. I would think they would want to support their teammates even though they can't play.

suzzer99 10-20-2015 10:27 PM

They're all in the dugout.

The cameras have shown Holland, Guthrie, and Johhny Gomes in the dugout several times. I'd be shocked if Infante and Vargas aren't also there. It seems to be a pretty common practice to allow non-roster guys to appear in uniform in the dugout for postseason games.

I personally like it. I liked it a lot when I saw Holland for the first time in game #1 of the ALDS. His arm is in a cast, but he's still there as part of the team. They did the same thing last year with Hochevar and Ibanez.

That's one shitty sports talk radio station. One of the greatest comebacks in playoff history, in an elimination game no less, and they never talk about it???

:hmmm:

Listening to sports talk radio for 14 hours is a special level of hell.
