They need to phase Holliday out this upcoming season in any manner.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-21-2015 02:55 PM

The Cardinals are going to need to be able to find a scrap heap offensive guy who was a late bloomer. It's incredibly difficult to do, but it's the only realistic way to find someone who can provide the offense the team needs.

Basically, we need to find another Ludwick.

O.city 10-21-2015 02:57 PM

If you put Mabry on the street and let Mueller take over, is the offense any different?

Mabry is best friends with Matheny. What do you think is the chances of that happening?

You guys couldn't have won 100 games without a strong offense. It looked to me that the guys ran out of gas the last month of the season, including the playoffs.

You also had a shitload of injuries compared to all other teams.

As much as I hate Yadier Molina for all the damage he does to the Pirates, he still looks like someone you keep as long as he stays injury free.

George Liquor 10-21-2015 07:05 PM

At least the Cubs are getting blown the f out.

Does that make it easier knowing your team is sitting on their couch?

I think most if not almost all attribute the 100 wins to our pitching.

I think if we had a healthy Martinez pitching game 2we head back to Chicago up 2-0. It's a different series then. I think the Mets would have beat us anyway. At least we would not have lost to the damn Cubs.

Man you guys celebrated beating us like you had won the World Series. Mission Accomplished banners were virtually hanged. Why else did your team not show up this series?
