How so? No charges. You think Goodell is going to punish Reek for something perhaps his GF did? There is no evidence that Reek was the one who committed the crime. The Player's Union would intervene I am sure.

I'd tend to agree but it was complicated by the fact that the DA doesn't indicate what party committed the crime. We're still completely in limbo in my opinion.

Child protection investigation continues.

Don't think that'll stop the NFL and their arbitrary as **** punishment process

It shouldn't due to the Aqib Talib precedent. If the D.A. don't hit, you gotta acquit.

He really does look like Pioli

If they can’t prove it was him, how does he get suspended?

Really? Think about it, character assasination and no ownership of skewing the narrative.

No way.

He just said a crime was committed but they can't prove it "beyond a reasonable doubt". Basically, they're declining to charge him because they think they can't win, not because they don't think he did it.

This isn't over by any stretch.

Doesn't matter. NFL can suspend just on suspicion. There is plenty of that in the DA statement.

Any specifics at all on the crime or who the possible suspects are? Obviously Hill and Crystal - but I wonder if Hill's parents are possibly suspects - and that's why her parents freaked out when they were babysitting?
