On top of that, it also pushes our depth chart down and gives rice, moore and toney less chance to develop on the field. Some players just dont just develop in practice. I was all about hopkins 4 months ago, but im ready to just see what the youngsters can do now. |

You're gonna lose quality guys off the roster. When you're paying Pat and now the G and T and Jones etc.
It is what it is. |
I guess I don't really get the issue here. If he comes on board, sure, it probably pushes everyone down a spot, but adding a talent to the top isn't ever bad.
If he doesn't, we get to see the young guys play more. Win win. |

I think he’s waiting to see if teams like kc or buffalo will clear sone cap so he can sign a deal that makes sense to him.
He doesn’t want to go to NE or Tenn. if he did the deal would be done. |

Title: The Rise of AI-Generated Financial Articles: Challenges and Considerations Hey Rain Man, I wanted to share my recent experience and thoughts regarding the personal finance articles and reports that I've been reading for the past couple of years. It's disheartening to realize that many of these articles, lacking interpretation, context, and written in poor English, are actually generated by AI systems. Needless to say, it has raised some concerns and made me question the direction this trend is taking. At first, I attributed the low quality of these articles to non-native English speakers with a statistical background. The absence of coherent explanations and insights made me wonder if these writers lacked the necessary expertise or understanding of the subject matter. However, I eventually discovered that the real culprit behind these subpar articles was artificial intelligence. While AI has undoubtedly made impressive strides in natural language generation, it's evident that the technology still has room for improvement. AI-generated content often lacks the finesse, context, and deeper understanding that human-written articles possess. It's frustrating to encounter articles that merely present facts without offering any valuable interpretation or meaningful context. The rise of AI-generated financial articles raises some important considerations. On the one hand, it's tempting to see AI as a time-saving solution that can quickly churn out reports and analyses. AI has the potential to assist with data processing, automate certain tasks, and provide preliminary insights. However, it's crucial to remember that these AI-generated outputs should not be taken at face value. The quality and reliability of AI-generated financial articles can vary significantly, depending on the underlying AI model and training data. It's essential for readers to exercise caution and not solely rely on AI-generated content for making important financial decisions. Instead, consider AI-generated reports as a starting point or a tool for gathering information. Human input, expertise, and critical thinking are still invaluable in ensuring accuracy, assessing risks, and understanding the broader context. Furthermore, I believe that the responsibility lies not only with the developers of AI technology but also with the consumers of such content. We need to actively demand higher quality and insist on transparency regarding the use of AI in content generation. By providing feedback and expressing our concerns, we can help shape the future development of AI systems to better meet our expectations and needs. In conclusion, the prevalence of AI-generated financial articles is indeed a concerning trend. While AI can provide some benefits, we should approach AI-generated content with caution, recognizing its limitations and the importance of human oversight. Let's advocate for improved standards, demand transparency, and continue to foster the symbiotic relationship between AI and human expertise in the realm of personal finance. What are your thoughts on this matter? Have you come across similar experiences, or do you see potential in AI-generated content? Let's discuss! Best regards, RealSNR |

we were going about this wrong.
Gotta hit 3,000 posts for the Chris Jones deal to get done and then 3300 posts to get DHOP in KC. It sounds like the Chris Jones deal has to get done first,. |

I talked to Hopkins at Incredible Pizza just this evening and he told me that he had planned to sign with the Chiefs for vet minimum. However, there was a hangup...
He started reading CP and saw Megatron's posts and started getting super creeped out. Said he couldn't believe a guy actually said KC wasn't the best offense in the league and was terrified that someone so deranged was obsessed with him. Thanks Megatron! |

They already did underperform. What we're banking on is the WR room not repeating that. |

They basically got what they paid for with the WR room, which is fine and about the baseline of what you always want. |
I am proud to announce durning this month of pride that I, Dunerdr, am a proud fan of the Kansas City Chiefs!!!

Our WRs just barely had less yards than the Bengals WRs. That's taking away all of Kelce's production. They sure sucked!

THIS GUY IS A PIECE OF CHIT AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY!!!!!

The Chiefs were 12th in receiving yards by WR in 2022. They were 38 yards from being 9th. They were tied for 15th in TDs. That seems like they over performed based on what they were paid.
These are the teams ahead of us in yds by WR Miami Dolphins Minnesota Vikings Tampa Bay Buccaneers Philadelphia Eagles Cincinnati Bengals Los Angeles Chargers Buffalo Bills Detroit Lions Arizona Cardinals Las Vegas Raiders Jacksonville Jaguars Kansas City Chiefs The teams ahead of us are the teams with the best WRs groups in the league, besides the Cardinals. I'm still waiting on something to say they underperformed and literally no one's has anything other than Megatron with his "McKinnon scored too many TDs" and his stats that he's posted, but I can't find and he's clearly way too busy to just post them again, but they are there if I go look for them. |

Not sure who's left before we can actually call receiving yards below average or underperforming. |

This dip shit Pats fan clearly doesn't understand how averages work lol. You can't take the avg QB stats through out the entire league and act like every QB is going to average out to those numbers, because there are QBs that are above average and below average. Now this would make sense if Mahomes was 35 and had this type of season out of nowhere when he was only average before. I can't believe this guy thought that this was a smart post, but I shouldn't be surprised since his mom and dad are likely brothers. What would be the point of the league if everyone was expected to be average. That'd make the game extremely boring. Also if I magically was signed by an NFL team and told to play QB would I be Dak Prescott? Is everyone Dak? |

Probably just pure trolling/satire, considering he never even responded to anyone.... it actually would have been a little interesting though if he used things like dropped interceptions and made up some "Tyreek/Kelce effect", etc..... but, it was pretty low-effort shitposting (yet still pretty hilarious, tbh). |

The Cheesecake Factory literally has every dish ever dreamed up in the history of civilization. The menu is a book, and I'm not joking. Like 15-20 pages. Others will verify. And for the most part, they pull it all off. Their Thai Lettuce Wraps are many orders of magnitude better than PF Chang's imo. They've got this chicken and biscuits dish that has to be sandblasted off the walls of your stomach the next day, but it's freaking awesome. All of their cheesecake is crazy good, as their name would imply. |

Actually I DO have an update! But am too tired to write it up tonight. Had dinner with my insider and his wife tonight. Tons of details on DeHop and more ... Many all of you will like. I have a busy day tomorrow ... I'll try and get it posted tomorrow night. It's rather lengthy. Stay tuned ... Many answers coming. Chiefs Kingdom is going to rock! |

If Hopkins wanted to play for TEN or NE he'd already by on their roster. He's holding out in hopes CJ gets his contract and our Chiefs have room for him.

While on vacation we saw Dhop at Niagara Falls, then oddly we bumped into him in Toronto. He mentioned possibly playing in the CFL to his friend. Said with the Canadian dollar being at $1.33 exchange rate he'd be able to make that bank he wants so bad.

Why is this ****er not signed with the world champions yet?????
|
Did I miss the contract signing and ticker tape parade?
|
Anyone else come to the conclusion that they prefer the KC Chiefs over other NFL squads or is it just me?

***** JULY 1 UPDATE *****
I had dinner with my Chiefs insider Friday night. We got to talk a lot of football. Here’s what I learned. As I reported on here in late May (and confirmed by Albert Breer on June 1st) DeHop WAS in Kansas City and the Chiefs made him a formal offer. On day one of that visit DeHop had no agent as he was representing himself. The Chiefs were hoping to strike quickly and get a deal done with the player representing himself. The monkey wrench in that plan was that DeHop had been negotiating with an agent before that visit and suddenly signed with him to represent him in all future contract negotiations. The new agent (wanting to make a splash for his client) turned down the Chiefs offer … countered with one of his own … which the Chiefs declined at that time (but left the door open) … and the DeHop Tour began, First to Tennessee … then to New England with no results. Cleveland is still very much in the game … but they only have around 7 million in cap space with several players in double digits already. They are also more than one player away from truly competing. DeHop REALLY WANTS to play for a winner and win a ring in spite of what’s been reported. To that end … that leaves Buffalo and Kansas City as pretty much his only options. The Bill’s only have about 4 million in cap space and no real way to free up more. That leaves Kansas City. According to my guy … Kansas City not only left the door open but has been negotiating with the player and his new agent ever since. I’m told that a 2-year contract has been agreed to (in principle) with DeHop … and they’re just waiting to get the Chris Jones deal done to announce anything. The details of the contract are skimpy at this point. My guy believes it’s an incentive laden contract for decent money (with a low cap number this year) and a significant signing bonus. He said the Chiefs aren’t afraid to SPEND the money … they just have to generate it under league cap rules. He also said there is a second player in contract renegotiation status … but wouldn’t tell me WHO. I asked if it was Pat and he smiled at me and said “we’ll see.” I further learned that the thinking at One Arrowhead Drive was as follows. A. The Chiefs believe they have a two-year window to possibly dominate the league. B. They are looking at guys like Kelce, Thuney, and even Chris Jones at 28 years old as still being dominate players for the next two years. They give DeHop that same 2-year window as the others. C. This gives them a chance at a possible 3-peat for world championships before they lose those players to possible retirement... injury... or lack of production. D. They also know that Cincinnati … Buffalo … The Chargers … The new Jets … and maybe even Denver with a coaching change (Think Andy Reid in KC in 2012) could give them some challenges. And don’t rule out Jacksonville with a great coach and a young and upcoming QB. The Chiefs are not taking anything for granted at this point ... They want to keep winning. And by a wider margin! Don’t get me wrong here. The Chiefs are good just like they are … REAL GOOD … and could beat any of these teams on any given day with what they have … but they have identified THREE needs this year to add a veteran presence. Those needs are Wide Receiver … Defensive End … and Defensive Tackle. Andy would like a rotational veteran at each position added BEFORE training camp starts. The Chiefs would like to end the nail biter games and win a few easily. My guy said there has been interest in resigning Carlos Dunlap or Melvin Ingram as well … along with possibly getting a Sneed deal done before camp. There was also some talk about a Kareem Hunt reunion … but his info on that was limited. It’s also been five years since Kareem shined for the Chiefs … what does he have left? Andy has been known to give players a second chance (see Mike Vick) … but will CH sign off on it? My guy restated this … The Chiefs are fine with what they got right now. If the season started tomorrow they would line up and play and Andy would “out-sceme” the opposition and Pat would continue to be the best of the best. And we’re going to win many games. But if they could solidify those positions with a proven veteran … the odds get much better. The young receivers on the Chiefs are GOOD … but unproven over time. I’m told that Skyy Moore is looking “all-world” in the OTA’s … but we’ve all seen that before in players who disappear once the season starts. DeAndre Hopkins is a PROVEN veteran who can take over a game and rarely drops the ball. The Chiefs like that idea. According to my insider … Barring interference from a higher Cleveland offer … DeHop will be signing with the Kansas City Chiefs before training camp starts in three weeks. The Chiefs are ALL IN! I think we all are too! The hater’s may now FLAME AWAY! |
