These dudes already have generational wealth. So getting that extra 3 million or whatever isn't doing shit.

IT's a degree of selfishness I cannot identify with.

A lot of these guys don't want to build a legacy or be great. They just want to get paid.

There are plenty of people who will accept a $70,000 job vs $80,000 to be in a better situation. But these greedy punks can't accept a net worth of $120 mil vs $125. Some even have the gall to say they "need" it.

Honestly, I feel there was a stretch of time where he was waiting for the Chiefs to free up some cash and offer him basically what the Titans did, but the whole Chris Jones situation ended up torpedoing that.
