holy shit...I did, I was pretty good for a high schooler...I know these guys are big leaguers...but cheese and rice! They are good! I went to a Rangers game thinking I could still bring it 80 MPH...I topped out at 73...and I throw it HARD. I think that gun was rigged...I can't believe Verlander throws a ****ing curveball 86 MPH

I was a decent enough hitter against 80 MPH...but you know, 90% of the time before I swung the bat I knew I was pretty much going to swing the bat before the pitcher pitched the ball unless the thing was coming at my head and I instinctively got out of the way...

I have a feeling it is the same way for most Major Leaguers...especially if that ****ing ball is coming 100 MPH (I would refuse to bat against someone like Arodlis Chapman as a LH batter)

In the god damn NLCS when you get a runner on 3rrd with less that 2 outs he has to score. They are giving you a run there if you put the ball in play and get it past the ****ing pitcher. Theriot doesn't need to be a cardinal anymore.

I bet you could find reasonably (for a playoff game) priced tickets in Milwaukee (probably not a terribly long haul or expensive plane ticket from St. Louis) if the Cards win a 3rd game and have a clinching game...

Not sure what kind of time you have for that, though.

I do know that, if the Rangers do go to the WS...I'll be at at least 1 game...I can't pass that up...being 5 miles from Arlington. I'll spend the $200+ it'll cost for a ticket (shitty one, at that) and beer...
