Tigers losing big again today.
Tigers down 5-0 to the rangers.. with Darvish on the mound.

Well shit, I didn't even realize that the Royals were going to be in Crapaheim this weekend.

I guess Moose doesn't have to worry about a ticket problem back home.

Shhh. The season is over.

Also, the Tigers have three more after today with Texas and then four with Oakland. They could easily lose 5 games in that stretch. Whereas our next 6 games are with Anaheim and Houston. Not too much of a stretch to see us win 4 of those games.

Season ain't over, but we did piss away a great opportunity to make up some serious ground on the Tigers by losing 2 of 3 at home to the ShitSox.

Meanwhile, Miguel Olivo got DFAed by the Dodgers today. If some team would just lend him an ear, he'd say he's chomping at the bit to get back to majors!

As 'penz wrote a few posts back: hit a few HR's, go on a winning streak and all this is forgotten. Until then, stand in there, field the questions, and move on. You know... Be a professional. FF's sake, you're getting paid like one.

Ear-biting aside, it would be nice if the Royals had a veteran player willing to stand up to some of these young assholes who have been handed everything and earned very little.

I'd rather have Miggy as our backup to Salvy than the putz we've got up here now...Mister oh for 26 or whatever the Hell is current pathetic batting stats are. Since we're headed to LA, and Miggy was in New Mexico, we should chew on the idea for awhile....

We got Tony's kid up as well. He surely can get at least one hit.

Yeah, I'd love to have him. He's not a great defensive catcher, but at least he can hit. Shoot, he could pinch hit too.

He's not Moose level bad, but he's not near the same guy he was when he was with the Royals a few years back.
