Well, that and basically 'winter has come' finally, so it's supposed to be colder everywhere on the show.

Yeah, it's essentially filming in winter instead of fall so everything gets pushed back.

And there is only going to be seven episodes this season. Gotta stretch it out as much as possible....

Hopefully there are no accidents that delay it further...

Saw a rumor that I LOVED today about the upcoming season based on activities seen on set of filming.

That's always been coming in the books. Glad to hear the TV people might not leave it out.

In the books, Summer and Shaggy Dog are still alive as well. It is possible the show killed them off simply to save money on CGI, so we will see if they stay alive longer in the books.

Well...we'll see if they stay alive longer if another book is actually ever released, which at this point is pretty questionable. I guess it's reasonably likely we'll get book 6 at some point, but GRRM is now 70, so it will take some good luck health wise for him to live long enough to finish the last book (assuming he can really keep it to 7 books instead of 8 or 9).
