Really glad that Luke got the win there.

Pitt Gorilla 04-15-2011 09:11 PM

Hey, at least we didn't trade Adam "Don't call me Pacman" Jones for Bedard.

This win was saved by.... Aviles? Really?

Huh. OK

Pitt Gorilla 04-15-2011 09:12 PM

Oh, and **** ESPN. I'm not convinced they know a team exists in KC.

Dr. Johnny Fever 04-15-2011 09:13 PM

Watching gamecast there were at least 4 pitches in the strike zone that were called balls, 3 to the same batter at one point. TM is worthless as an umpire and always has been imo.

I bet you could've won a lot of money from someone if you'd made a bet that KC would be 9-4 and Boston would be 2-10 on April 15th.

The calls weren't really the problem. The 3-2 pitch from Soria could have been called a strike, but it was very borderline. We just couldn't throw strikes.

Scott Weiland can't do enough drugs to enjoy royals baseball

I've had it on all evening and have seen Royals highlights at least twice, plus Treaners homer in the home run montage.

I'm just saying that at least 4 pitches were in the strike zone and called balls on gamecast. I can't watch the game so I obviously didn't see what those pitches actually looked like but they were in the gamecast strike zone.

I'll take your word for it; I've had it on in the background and have seen/heard nothing.

I have seen Twins, Yanks, Cards highlights 7 or 8 times, though.

Royals are tied for the third best record in baseball.

Also, I think that the Rockies officially clinched the NL West. A 4.5 game lead after 13 games? Holy shit.

Boston has half as many wins as the next worst team in baseball.

AL East is the worst division in baseball.

WTF is going on?

He threw almost 30 pitches tonight. He also only has 3 K's this season. Somebody else is going to have to suck it up and be able to close out games.

not necessarily. KC had another at bat and had been scoring a run almost every inning.
