Alex was a better QB under harb then he is under andy I wish the 2 never met there toxic for each other.

Andy and the chiefs rolled the dice today. We will see how Smith responds when he gets his nugget wrecked again.

Well were going to find out when he goes back out there to play again...

But another hit like he had today and he is risking permanent damage to his nugget and quality of life.

I see this ending only one of two ways for Doug Smith:

1. He returns and attempts his normal style of play, runs into a LB and opts for early retirement.

2. He returns and constantly shys away from hits and goes from being a mediocre passer to being a complete liability.

So we should really start Mr. Foles.

After today it will work itself out. All of those calling for Smith to be the QB, might regret that when he ends up leaving the sport to protect his health.

Smith isn't stupid.

Another hit or two and he might be done.

Let's see Foles do it in a start before the idea is ever entertained of replacing Alex. Besides, its not like Alex wasn't taking shots downfield today when he was in. He was, and with Foles' play today, it puts even more pressure on Alex to perform well.
