It’s because you don’t understand the game. My wife’s grandfather is next to us and keeps asking us questions because he too doesn’t understand what he’s watching. He just thinks it’s pass pass pass.

Luckily they are fast games and the chances are super exciting this game.

I like to tell people who don't understand soccer to think about it like basketball. You're moving the ball around the perimeter trying to break down the defense. Then you have fast breaks, etc
