When it was 17-10, I didn't really think the play calling did us any favors. As great as the coaching has been all year, tonight they were that bad.

That was the weakest excuss for an offensive in chiefs history. I don't think Casshole as that bad. At least he would throw down field.

You didn't watch Casshole enough, Cassel is easily the worst QB we've ever had...I mean EVER. He would throw picks on screen passes.

@BillSimmons How does KC's defense not touch Manning for 3 hours?

ChiTown 11-17-2013 11:10 PM

Alex Smith = Cowardly Lion. What a ****ing pussy

I thought the boys gave a nice effort overall. I just hope they come out really pumped up in the next one.

What a bunch of sloppy ass vaginas in here. Who is Alex supposed to throw to? EJ Manuel has better targets for crissakes. Alex didn't have a great game but the receivers weren't getting any separation.

Robert Mathis did a better job. Granted, that was Denver on the road, but still ...

Chiefs had chances… too many penalties, terrible turnover by Sherman that cost at least 3 points, bad sack taken by Alex Smith at the end of the first half that knocked the Chiefs out of field goal range, and Demps with a shot at a pick 6 that went right through his hands.

Ceaseless unflagged offensive holding. That's how.

They carried the load. But you aren't going to beat Manning if you don't hit him. You just aren't. Doesn't matter if you have the 2003 Chiefs offense. We should know that better than anyone.

we obviously could have, if we had an offense worth a shit...the game was ours for the taking until the 4th or 5th straight punt by the chiefs

the defense did its part and got left out to dry

but this is what happens when you roll with a game manager

Holding. Quick throws. Refusal to blitz.

Easily the most frustrating part for me.

Beef Supreme 11-17-2013 11:11 PM

I got a lot more to say about this game tomorrow, but Alex smith checked down to the running back behind the line of scrimmage with less than a minute on the clock down by 10.
