It's damn tough. I've managed to resist so far. Crazy as it sounds, I suppress the urge with coffee during the day. Probably not the best way but it helps me. Kinda suprising since coffee and cigs go so well together.

Oddly enough, I've never thought so. To me, coffee and cigs is a horrible combo. Leaves a horrible taste in my mouth.

Of, course... I also have no urge to smoke first thing in the morning. Most smokers I know do.

Yeah I was one of them. Had to have a smoke first thing. Then coffee. Then another smoke or two. Breakfast of champs....

Cravings are few and far between now.
