Orton is going to do just enough to get an extension, and we'll see the great battle of subpar QB's in camp next year when Cassel and Orton duel.

Did we really get rid of Carl Peterson?

This and repost.

Brain Fart,
I spent the day prepping 60 turkeys for thanksgiving. My brain is frazzled.

Thanks

You guys needed a starter and you got one. From what I heard Palko looked about worthless. This is a horrible situation to throw Stanzi into. Orton can run an NFL Offense. He's not a playmaker, or a game changer, but he is a competent QB. He can make all the throws. I know one thing though. You'd better be able to pass protect or VonDoom is going to light his ass up at the end of the season.

Let the 500th post in this thread be one of tears.

This team is ****ed.

Thats funny because Palko was no worse than Cassel lol

I'm not upset nor surprised by the move but I only consider it to be a marginal upgrade over what we already have. Orton will probably throw the ball downfield more. I'll bet 82's FFL stock just went up.

You just know the second he heard the Chiefs claimed him he thought about the game in Denver :)

Meanwhile...preclude? Of course not. Suggest gross irresponsibility? Of course. Welcome to the 90's...ha ha ha...Mr. Baanks.

ROFL

Were that to occur, there would be a whole lot of those little blue-faced smilies with the little round mouths and the little long, blue chins on this board.

As a Raider fan, I`ve always thought Orton was a good QB and this is an upgrade for KC. I`ll sleep OK tonight because even Jamarcus Russell beat KO......
