No information on that. They're specifically saying they're not sharing anything about the case in particular. However, they just said that a "child protection case is ongoing", so they won't share for that reason.

Hmm, he just said that it's a "whodunit" case and gave an example of "multiple people have contact with a child, so you can't tell who did it". So they're saying there was child abuse, but they can't prove who did it.

Not if a detective leak information privately to the NFL about who they think committed a crime but won't say it at a press conference.

Because DCF is separate from the DA. You may not be able to prove that something happened, but you can say the environment is not safe for the child to live in.

The Player's Association will have a field day if Goodell tries to hand down any kind of significant suspension for this.
