I watched a lot of Miami basketball and I can tell you that Haith was a big part of the problem. He was a terrible game day coach and seldom appeared to use any strategy at all.

As the announce team mentioned today, Nestor is a big reason for this teams success and Haiths improvement as a coach.

I'd have to agree with this. I saw Haith's Miami team play in-person last year, and wasn't impressed with Haith's game management or strategy or anything. The most I could say about him was that he seemed to have coached up his big men pretty well.

The Frank Haith of this season is not at all the coach that I was upset with for being hired. He's markedly improved all around.

Maybe he also had low IQ players? Our current senior class was not highly ranked coming out of high school but they play smart. Meanwhile, Quin always had high ranked players that made terrible basketball decisions.

Things are getting interesting in Austin. Texas has cut ku's lead to one.

FSU has Dook on the ropes. Tie game with 1 minute to play in Durham.

Would have rather had Dook win and ku lose, that would have put Mizzou in first place. Oh well, figures the one time I want Texas to win, they would **** it up.
