BYU doen't need to move from one collapsing conference to another. The B12 has zero leverage with anybody. If I'm a MWC/WAC conference member, I'd be wary of joining a league that's in terminal flux.

It would mean a lot more $$$ in the short term at the least.

Time for KU to get off the pot and look to latch on to someone else...

Go after TV markets...U of Houston, U of Cincinnati. Notre Dame would be cool, but if you think Texas is a pain in the ass just wait for ND.

Well its pretty obvious that the little 12 is just about dead.

I cant see any reason to stay and hope our respective schools start reaching out to these conferences and beg for a home...

I hate the idea of going after Houston. Obviously they bring the tv market to the table, but I want someone that is going to be competitive as well. I am skeptical that they could be.

Add Houston and TCU to the Big 12 and we just stepped up bigtime.

Houston is hardly a pushover in football,as for B-Ball, who cares?

BTW, Baylor needs to get jettisoned like airline waste.

Just like polygamy, they can play multiple conferences during the year.

Does it really though? I bet there are more UT and aTm fans in Houston than UoH. I wonder what share of Houston TVs actually tune in to UoH games. It's got to be pretty small.
