If he goes to Chicago he will be nothing more than a backup and it's high risk because if he doesn't save their playoff run then HE has failed. Here, there would seemingly be low risk. Win a few games and maybe even convince the management to give you a shot at the starting job which is by no means as secure as Cutler's is.
