Don't get me wrong. They are both pretty terrible. But, Palko can actually hold a respectable completion %.

Tebow avg's 15 passes a game and completes only 47%.

Palko avg's 20 passes a game and completes 62%.

The only stat that counts is wins. Which one has a higher percentage of wins?

The Broncos aren't winning because Tebow is a good QB.

They are winning because their HC rewrote their entire offense to play on the strengths of the FB taking the snaps.

I would take Palko over Tebow.

Ya, I'm a moron because I'd take the QB who is more accurate, throws for more yards, has a higher ypa, and throws more passes a game.

You are never going to win anything with either one of them. But Palko IS the better QB.

I am surprised by the results of this poll.

Haley clearly has some problems to work out, but at this point, I don't really care either way.

Get this team a QB, and the rest will work itself out.

Todd Failey is Pioli fodder.

Failey didn't give Matt Ca$$el 64 MILLION dollars....

just sayin'

Herm took over an old team with a lack of young talent.

Haley took over a team where several young stars were in place.

Herm had Huard, Croyle and Thigpen....which are all much worse than Cassel.

Haley has done some good things. And, if his answer at OC wasn't Bill Muir, then I would be behind him 100%.

And it will be under Todd Haley.

Suddenly he will win back some of the people who are against him right now.

Mark it down. 11-5 in 2012. Results may vary depending upon quarterback.

I agree that the chiefs will be better. I agree that the Chiefs will be better even if Haley is the head coach.

But, is it enough? Will they ever be as good as they could be with a coach that could actually manage relationships?

You underestimate a couple things.

#1) Tebows ability to avoid the big msitakes. Palko makes a lot of bad plays.

#2) Tebows ability to lead the team.

#3) Tebows ability to elevate his game when he needs to.

Palko isn't enough better as a passer to make up for any of these.

You're a ****ing idiot.

Cassel, sadly, is not better that Huard and Thigpen.

Vocal majority? Ok if it was 55-45 it might be that way, but better than 3-1. Sounds like the vocal minority is just butthurt.

His only way to get someone of choice was to promote from within. Otherwise Pioli gets to make the choice again. You think Pioli ever told Bellichick who his coaches were going to be?

The Chiefs have scored less points than the ****ing Colts. He's a terrible coach.

The Chiefs are doing the same thing as Denver, but with much worse talent in the running game and worse QBs. The way the Chiefs are playing, yes, I think Tebow could have won the last 3 games for us.

Who cares about how many points they score? With Palko at the helm, the strategy is to keep the ball out of the hands of the QB and simplify the playcalling. And we can all day call out running Battle to the outside and Dex to the inside, but when we run Battle up the middle and Dex to the outside, those plays don't work either because defenses are prepared for it.

The offense is a lose-lose situation. We don't have either a RB or a QB that can take over.
