IF and Low Carb are the shit right now. 18 hour fast each day with a 6 hour eating window. Down 11.5 lbs in 2 weeks. One week of that was trying to do the whole count calories thing. Too much fat can cause bathroom issues at first. Most people eventually adjust but some have to cut back.

What are you eating to get all of that fat? Like for instance.....on a daily basis....I'm usually eating cheese, chicken, lunch meat, salad and tuna. Dinner can be anything from chicken to steak or hamburger. But at 65% fat......I'd have to be eating some pretty fatty stuff.

Are you eating any "low carb" fast food stuff? Like a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and no bun? That's 550 calories, 4 carbs and something like 40 grams of fat.

Pest make sure you're doing your ratios by calories and not grams.

Fat has 9 calories per gram while protein and carbs only have 4 calories per gram.

Ok....so if I'm going to go with 1500 calories per day. Then my ratios should be at....

Fat: 65% - 975 calories or 108 grams
Protein: 30% - 450 calories or 112 grams
Carbs: 5% - 75 calories or 18.5 grams

For instance.....today I've had 693 calories. 378 of those calories from fat. 268 calories from protein and 40 calories from carbs.

So you're at 55% fat. 60-65% is the goal.

55% is probably fine to tell you the truth, but everything I've read says you want to be between 55 and 60.

Add some sour cream or cheese to dinner.
