not guaranteed. Personally I liked Matt Moore that year he came in, so you can probably find somebody if Henne did get picked up I guess. But I'm pretty sure Henne is almost guaranteed to hold the clipboard.

We have really not given up many points this pre season. Defense has played really well the whole games.

You're probably right.

I think Buechele gets snagged by another team needing a backup though. He reminds me of Chase Daniel.

honestly it might be a good idea to keep Buechelle and hype him up and pull a Patriots and trade him for a 2nd round pick. Make him look good in the week 18 game when the starters sit.

Why? We have a Hall Of Fame QB who is only getting better. Isn't this when you can look to train some young backups and then trade them away if they show something?

We all see it. The Mustang has talent, but we aren’t carrying 3 QBs and we won’t have a rookie backup during a super bowl run. He will get waived and it’s entirely likely a QB starved team snakes him to develop.

Or

They don’t care about a rookie UDFA
