Even with Rodgers the WR's could not catch the ball consistently, Raiders can't convert on 3rd down and long ever like 3rd and 8 or 3rd and 9 .. , That's not because of Carr, that's because the WR's can't fight off the line to get open add that to absolutely no TE presence and you get the O off the field quick.

Now I know it's popular here to bash the Raiders and try to critique every aspect of their team , because I surely do it to to the Cheaps but the QB position is the least of our worries on this team.

Nobody fears the wr's on this team so they can inch the LB's closer and let the backs do what they do easily against our receivers. Most teams have to put a fast LB on a TE for the short pass game but they let ours roam because he can't get open when he is all by himself. LMAO

Raiders RBs and WRs are so bad this year, I've resigned myself to simply not watching the games because we have no hope. Carr looks damn good, but the WRs drop the ball on crucial downs, and then McFadden fumbles when we get a good drive going.
