The percentage is pretty unimportant. If it's 10%, sure, it likely sucks. But there are plenty of mediocre movies with a 90% rating, and plenty of good movies that are below 70%.

The only movies worth a shit on that list are comedies, which almost never do as well with critics or audiences. Indy 5 may be good for laughs, but that doesn't mean it's a comedy.
