He will be 31 this season. Next season he will be 32. He would have 3 seasons left if he were to retire at 34.

It's not this season yet. He will be 31 and 32 on the current contract. If Chiefs got him for two years (which is a stretch) he would be 31 and 32 during those years.

? Why wouldn’t he play at 34?

And 31 s still not 32. I took a class in advanced math stuff and they told me that.

He will be 31, June 6th.

The 2022 season is over. The process for the next season(2023) has started.

How much guaranteed money, and how much money per year?

He has already said he wants new deal.

It’s funny how mad Abba is getting. I personally consider Moss the GOAT even over Rice and I’ve never compared Moss to Hopkins. If you look back Abba, I was saying the NFL script writers are repeating themselves haha. Moss killed it in Minny, traded to Raiders and it didn’t work out, then traded to the Pats and cemented his HOF career.

Hopkins killed it in Houston, traded to the Cards and it hasn’t worked out, then he will be traded at the same age Moss was and it could be to the Chiefs(current NFL Pats) and would hopefully get Mahomes that undefeated season…

BUT if you wanna talk numbers. At the same age, Hopkins has better numbers in everything expect TDs which Moss is the king. All other numbers Hopkins is better than Moss at both age 30 and pre Pats for Moss.

Intriguing.

Randy Moss retired at 34. His last season he played was he was 33.

He did not play when he was 34. He retired when he was 34.

Nice try, honey.

I'm mad? Have I been the one to make it personal with insults?

I am getting back to the original point of the thread. He has not played/finished a season in the last 2. Has not broken 800 yards in that same time span. He will most likely not be in the league by age 34. He is really looking more like an aging WR that is used up.

Rainbarrel 03-04-2023 01:53 PM

The chances of it happening is 50/50 at best

I agree. You can add that he wants a new contract with more guaranteed money, and more money per year than he is getting now as well.

I think some are thinking they will be getting 27yr old DHop. Not the 31yr old version that may be showing that his body is starting to decline towards the rigors of the NFL.

He played 10 games last year. His stats extrapolated out to 17 games is 1355 yards. And he had the midget loser throwing to him, then Colt McCoy, Mcsorely, and some guy named David Blough.
