fuck that.

That's kinda how I felt. They just were hotter than hot shooting. They didn't miss much or often. Even that last 3 Nash buried was from way out.

Yeah, this game reminded me of what happened to KU when they went to Texas Tech in 2009. The only difference is that when we complained about their ridiculous shooting and luck, you guys gave us shit.

Saul Good 01-25-2012 08:52 PM

They shot lights out, but our defense was terrible and gave them easy looks. We looked like we had no legs.

WilliamTheIrish 01-25-2012 08:56 PM

I didn't see a whole lot prayers thrown up there by Ok. St. They were good looks. Fortunately, they missed most of them on Saturday.

I think it was just a classic let down after Baylor. You beat the team you didn't think you'd beat at their house then lose to the team you thought you'd beat at their house.

KU on the other hand has kinda drawn some luck early in their schedule. They've played the tough teams at KU so far and they seem to have a little more time between games than MU does right now. It will even out. I think when it's all said and done it's going to be a 1 game differential that decides the Big 12 between KU, MU and Baylor

Molitoth 01-25-2012 08:59 PM

I fucking hate every team I root for. It's like a curse that no team I like will ever be number 1. I can't handle this loss.... I'm just starting to hate sports in general.

Nzoner 01-25-2012 09:01 PM

I'll still gladly take that Baylor road win in exchange for this loss.Whole helluva lot of BB to be played yet.

Sure-Oz 01-25-2012 09:01 PM

I'm not worried about this loss. Just keep playing well

Baylor is soft as ****. I think it's going to be between MU and KU, to be honest with you. Nobody is going undefeated in the conference and it's going to be close.

ArrowheadHawk 01-25-2012 09:07 PM

#2 didn't last long. 2 Game lead is nice. KU is gonna need it.

KcMizzou 01-25-2012 10:17 PM

Well, that sucked. Winning on the road is still a bitch. Better bounce back strong at home Saturday.

Al Bundy 01-25-2012 10:20 PM

Conference race is over. MU and Baylor are battling for second.

Just saw the score. OSU is a tough place to play & win.

I'm curious as to what the issue MU had? Was it OSU playing well, or MU playing bad, or a combination of both.

MU played average defense for them and OSU just flat out shot the roof off the place. They were shooting 60% at the half. Not sure how they finished.

petegz28 01-25-2012 10:38 PM

OSU finished shooting 59.6% and almost 39% from 3 pt range
