I've been saying it for a while... I can accept mistakes from a young team. I can't accept incompetent coaching that neuters the talent we do have. "Keeping it simple based on the talent" is a lame f***ing excuse. If you don't make plays, you're going to lose a lot of games... and you can't make plays if you aren't given the chance to do so.
